Join Joe Iadanza and Karla Dixon for an immersive day-long exploration. Together we will shine a light on the walls we have built around ourselves; the walls that keep us from really engaging with the world and enjoying a more fulfilling life. We will inspire and empower you to stay alert and present; introduce you to the ancient practice of Ayurveda and mindful eating; and teach you the first steps for identifying and dealing with the patterns and emotions that keep you from your true nature and experiencing real joy.
Set in a former historic church at the peaceful Glenwood Life Center, this 8-hour mini-retreat includes teachings, movement, meditations, experiential exercises, and an organic, vegetarian lunch. For those who’ve never taken a formal retreat before, this will provide a gentle introduction to the process, as there will be time for silence and self-reflection throughout the day.
You’re not alone. And there is a better way. You can continue on as you’ve been, or you can learn new tools to uncover a more joyful and alive you. Becoming authentically human requires guidance, grace, and a radical self-honesty. Let us guide you on your journey as you awaken to your True Self.
