There is nothing more human, more challenging, and more healing than forgiveness. As a practice, it reveals our deepest wounds, invites in grace, and brings those wounds to the light. In relationship, forgiveness helps us surrender the struggles that lead us to attack one another; inviting a healing in to fill the space that remains.
Forgiveness is also one of the most misunderstood concepts; not only creating a hierarchy of authority, but also setting up power struggles within our families, communities, faith groups, and even between us and God.
Join Joe Iadanza and Karla Dixon for another immersive day-long exploration at Glenwood Life Center. Together we will explore forgiveness both as a concept, and as a real and living practice. In addition, we will continue to inspire and empower you to stay alert and present; enjoy new ways to support our bodies through mindfulness and Auyrvedic eating; and offer practices to help you process the emotions and wounds that keep you from experiencing peace.
Set in a former historic church at the peaceful Glenwood Life Center, this 8-hour mini-retreat includes teachings, light movement, meditations, experiential exercises, and an organic, vegetarian lunch.
Forgiveness is the process by which we release the burdens of our past experiences and step forth into the light. It is a choice we make every moment. Come, and learn new tools to uncover a more joyful and alive you! We are grateful for this opportunity to guide you on your journey as you deepen your awareness of your True Self.
